SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automated system for remote monitoring of public safety and environmental situation on a territory. The system contains a data reception and storage unit made with the possibility of reception of data from control sensors placed on objects on the controlled territory, a unit for comparison of data with its permissible value, an input of which is connected to an output of the data reception and storage unit, a unit for removal of data, when it coincides with a permissible value interval, an input of which is connected to the first output of the unit for comparison of data with its permissible value, and an output is connected to a control input of the data reception and storage unit, a unit for generation of an urgent response signal, an input of which is connected to the second output of the unit for comparison of data with its permissible value, a unit for data recording in impermissible deviation, an input of which is connected to the third output of the unit for comparison of data with its permissible value, a complex data analysis unit, an input of which is connected to an output of the unit for data recording in impermissible deviation, as well as a unit for visualization and prediction with overlaying data on a geographic map and a time scale, an input of which is connected to an output of the complex data analysis unit.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of detection of emergencies.
