SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a fluid ejection system of an inkjet printing system. Integrated circuit for exciting multiple fluid activation apparatus, wherein the integrated circuit comprises a configuration register, multiple interfaces containing a mode interface and a data interface, and control logic for activating a record into the configuration register in response to the switch of signal in the mode interface to the high logical level with a signal at the high logical level in the data interface. The configuration register is configured to receive serial data from the data interface, provided that the configuration register is activated for recording.
EFFECT: increase in the producibility of activating fluid ejection.
