FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, and in particular to a method for producing rolled products, which can be used for the manufacture of spars of trucks, as well as for the production of highly loaded structures. The method for producing strips with a thickness of 4-10 mm from low-alloy steel includes heating, rough rolling to an intermediate thickness, finishing rolling with a regulated end-of-rolling temperature, subsequent accelerated cooling to a coiling temperature in two stages, after which the rolled product is double heated, during which it is first heated to temperature Ac3+(20-40) °C, followed by cooling in air, and then heated to a temperature of Ac1±30°C, followed by cooling in air. Low-alloy steel contains components in the following ratio, wt.%: carbon 0.16-0.22, manganese 1.45-1.80, silicon 0.40-0.60, chromium 0.10-0.30, nickel 0 ,15-0.30, copper 0.10-0.30, niobium 0.02-0.05, vanadium 0.03-0.07, titanium 0.10-0.22, phosphorus not more than 0.020, sulfur not more than 0.010, aluminum 0.01 - 0.06, oxygen not more than 0.003, iron and inevitable impurities the rest. Finish rolling is completed at a temperature of 870–910°C, then the first stage of accelerated cooling is carried out at a rate of 10–30°C/s to a temperature of 570–650°C, and the second stage of accelerated cooling is carried out at a rate of 6–15°C/s to coiling temperature 450-570°C.
EFFECT: increase in the strength characteristics of the obtained strips is provided.
