FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to the production of an anisotropic electrical steel sheet, which can be used as a material for the metal core of a transformer. A method for producing an anisotropic electrical steel sheet includes a process for hot rolling a steel billet containing, wt.%: 0.10 or less C, 0.80-7.00 Si, 0.01-0.07 acid-soluble Al, 0.012 or less N, 1.00 or less Mn, 0.08 or less S, optionally one or more of 0.01-0.50 Cr, 0.01-0.50 Cu and 0.01-0.02 Sn and the rest is Fe and impurities, to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet; annealing process of hot rolled steel sheet; pickling process; a cold rolling process to obtain a cold rolled steel sheet; a decarburization annealing process and a final annealing process.
EFFECT: obtaining a sheet of anisotropic electrical steel without a forsterite film, low magnetic losses are realized.
