FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to metallurgy, namely to an electrical steel sheet with oriented grain structure, and can be used in the production of transformer cores. The electrical steel sheet with oriented grain structure contains a main steel sheet and a glass coating formed on the surface of the main steel sheet and having a covering part and a fixing structure included in the main steel sheet. The main steel sheet includes as a chemical composition in wt.%: 0.010 or less C, from 2.00 to 4.00 Si, from 0.05 to 1.00 Mn, from 0.010 to 0.065 or less Al, 0.004 or less N and 0.010 or less S with a residue of Fe and impurities. The oxygen concentration in the glass coating and the main steel sheet is 2500 parts per million or less. The Al concentration profile obtained by glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy (GDS) has at least two peaks, while the first peak having the intensity IAl_1 of the first peak of Al is obtained from Al inclusions in the coating part of the glass coating, and the second peak having the intensity IAl_2 of the second peak of Al is obtained from Al inclusions in the fixing structure of the glass coating, and the intensity of each of the peaks is defined as the maximum intensity of the peak of Al in the covering part and in the fixing structure when the following ratio is fulfilled: IAl_1<IAl_2.
EFFECT: improvement of magnetic losses before magnetic domain control, while achieving a sufficient effect of improving magnetic losses even with heat-resistant magnetic domain control.
