SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of the formula (II), where R1 is 18F; R2 is H. The invention also relates to an intermediate compound of the formula (II), values of radicals of which are specified in the claims, the use of a not marked compound of the formula (II) as an analytical standard, as well as to a method for the production of a marked compound of the formula (II), a ki for the production of a radio pharmaceutical drug, a method for data collection for the diagnostics of a disorder associated with tau protein aggregates, for determination of predisposition to a disorder associated with tau protein aggregates, for monitoring of residual manifestation of a disorder in a patient suffering from a disorder associated with tau protein aggregates, and for prediction of a reaction of a patient suffering from a disorder associated with tau protein aggregates.
EFFECT: heterocyclic compounds are obtained, which can be used in selective detection of disorders and anomalies associated with tau protein aggregates, such as Alzheimer’s diseases and other tauopathies, using positron-emission tomography (PET).
