FIELD: medicine; medical rehabilitation; physiotherapy; pulmonology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for medical rehabilitation, rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort treatment of patients who have suffered bilateral pneumonia associated with a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19). Rehabilitation measures are carried out sequentially and include the following: 1) physical therapy classes in small groups, in a gentle training mode, lasting for 45 minutes, in a course of 10 sessions daily; 2) halotherapy procedures in small groups lasting for 60 minutes in a course of 10 sessions daily; 3) hydrokinesotherapy classes in the pool, in small groups, in a gentle training mode and lasting for 30 minutes in a course of 10 sessions daily; 4) procedures for selective color therapy with incoherent polarized light on the area of the xiphoid process of the sternum using a yellow light filter for 10 minutes and then a violet light filter for 5 minutes, maintaining a gap between the light filter and the patient’s body of 10 cm in a course of 10 sessions daily; 5) classes in small groups in the room for psycho-emotional relief using the technique of trance-meditative self-regulation lasting for 30 minutes in a course of 10 audio sessions; 6) the use of interval hypoxia-hyperoxytherapy procedures lasting for 40 minutes in a course of 10 sessions daily.
