FIELD: bulk products disinfection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the disinfection of bulk products. The device includes a loading unit, a control unit, a mesh conveyor, the speed of which is controlled by an electric motor, a grain accumulation sensor and a radiation intensity sensor, a processing chamber, a cyclone aspiration system, and a fan. A reflective coating is made along the inner surface of the processing chamber. The mesh conveyor, on which the device for distributing grain and feed in one layer, passes inside the processing chamber, where flash discharge lamps are located above and below it. The processing chamber has a branch pipe through which air enters the cyclone aspiration system, from which air is blown out by means of a fan. The cyclone aspiration system, fan, loading unit, control unit, electric motor, processing chamber are fixed on the frame.

EFFECT: invention provides effective, uniform and stable irradiation simultaneously from all sides of grain and feed by ultraviolet irradiation.
