The invention is a nutrient medium that can be used in laboratory practice to determine the pathogenic properties of vibrios in the Kanagawa test in the diagnosis of food poisoning, wound infections and septicemia of a bacterial nature. The substance of the proposed invention lies in the fact that the medium additionally includes a hemophilic microbial growth stimulant, glucose, sodium carbonate, methylene violet, and the nutritional base is an enzymatic digest of meat at the following quantitative ratios of components, g/l: enzymatic digest of meat (GMF - broth) - 20.0±2.0, growth stimulator of hemophilic microbes (HMGS) - 5.0±0.5, microbiological agar - 15.0±2.0, glucose - 5.0±1.0, mannitol - 5, 0±1.0, sodium chloride - 50.0±2.0

sodium carbonate - 1.5±0.2, potassium hydrogen phosphate - 5.0±0.5, methylene violet - 0.002±0.0005, washed erythrocytes - 50±1.0, at pH 8.0.

EFFECT: creation of nutrient medium that can be used in laboratory practice to determine the pathogenic properties of vibrios in the Kanagawa test in the diagnosis of food poisoning, wound infections and septicemia of a bacterial nature.
