FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of production of household chemicals. Proposed is a polymer absorber of ultraviolet emission, wherein the chemical formula contains the structural element shown in formula I, where m=1~20. Also proposed are a method for the production thereof, involving interesterification in a mixture containing polyethylene glycol, a titanate, and a silicate, and an application thereof in the fields of cosmetics.
EFFECT: proposed polymer absorber of ultraviolet emission has advantages consisting in good water solubility, convenient application, safety, non-toxicity, and excellent effect of ultraviolet emission absorption.
