SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a hierarchical porous molecular sieve TS-1 and an application thereof in the reaction of selective oxidation of organic substances in the presence of H2O2. The method includes: a) mixing a silicate-titanate ester polymer with an organic base matrix and water and sustaining the resulting mixture at a temperature not over 120°C, with a sustaining time in the range from 0 to 100 hours, resulting in a gel-like mixture; b) crystallysing the gel-like mixture produced at stage (a) in sealing conditions, resulting in a hierarchical porous molecular sieve TS-1, wherein the crystallisation temperature is raised to a range from 100 to 200°C, and the duration of crystallisation does not exceed 30 days under autogenous pressure; c) after the crystallisation is completed, separating the solid product, washing with deionised water to a neutral state, and drying, resulting in a hierarchical porous molecular sieve TS-1, wherein the silicate-titanate ester polymer is represented by the formula I wherein 0<a≤0.5, ROx constitutes a group formed as a result of loss of the H atom of the OH group of the organic polybasic alcohol R(OH)x, and R constitutes a group formed as a result of loss of x hydrogen atoms of a hydrocarbon compound, x=2, 3, or 4, n=2~30; wherein the polybasic alcohol includes ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, tetraethylene glycol, 1,2-propanediol, 1,3-propanediol, 1,4-butylene glycol, 1,6-hexanediol, polyethylene glycol 200, polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 600, polyethylene glycol 800; wherein the organic base matrix contains compound A constituting at least one of quaternary ammonium salts or quaternary ammonium bases, and preferably additionally contains compound B constituting at least one of aliphatic amines or amino alcohols; wherein the molar ratio of the silicate-titanate ester polymer, matrix, and water complies with the following conditions: matrix: silicate-titanate ester polymer = 0.01~10; water: silicate-titanate ester polymer = 10~500.
EFFECT: high activity and stability of the molecular sieve TS-1.
