FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed herein is a method for producing a hierarchical porous titanate-silicate molecular sieve TS-1, wherein titanate polyester polyol is used as a source of titanium. Described is a method for producing a hierarchical porous titanate-silicate molecular sieve TS-1, including the application of titanate polyester polyol as a source of titanium, and a mesoporous matrix, wherein the method includes the stages of: a) mixing titanate polyester polyol, an organic base matrix, a source of silicon and water in a certain proportion, resulting in a gel-like mixture, wherein titanate polyester polyol constitutes at least one of the compounds with a chemical formula represented by the formula I: [Ti(ROx)4/x]n - Formula I, wherein ROx constitutes a group formed as a result of losing the H atom of the OH group of the organic polyatomic alcohol R(OH)x, and R constitutes a group formed as a result of losing x hydrogen atoms of a hydrocarbon compound, x = 2, 3 or 4; b) crystallising the gel-like mixture produced at stage (a), in conditions of sealing, resulting in a hierarchical porous molecular sieve TS-1, wherein the crystallisation temperature is in the range from 100 to 200°C, and the duration of crystallisation at autogenous pressure does not exceed 30 days; the TS-1 molecular sieve contains mesopores, and the diameter of pores thereof is in the range from 2 to 10 nm.
EFFECT: TS-1 molecular sieve produced by the above method has a mesoporous structure playing an important role contributing to the application of the TS-1 molecular sieve in the field of catalysis.
