FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for synthesising polyether polyols. Proposed is a method for producing polyether polyol involving the following stages: a) mixing an inorganic oxy acid ester, a polyatomic alcohol, and an interesterification catalyst, followed by interesterification under conditions of mixing and in an inactive protective atmosphere; wherein the reaction temperature is in the range from 80 to 180°C, and the reaction time is in the range from 2 to 10 hours; b) after the reaction at stage a), performing vacuum distillation, in the process whereof the degree of evacuation is in the range from 0.01 to 5 kPa, the reaction temperature is in the range from 170 to 230°C, and the reaction time is in the range from 0.5 to 5 hours.
EFFECT: resulting polyether polyol has a high heat resistance and initial decomposition temperature.
