FIELD: gas and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gas and oil industry, and it is intended for the use in the production of catalysts for isomerization of paraffin hydrocarbons of a normal structure. A solid superacid catalyst is obtained by impregnation of an aluminosilicate carrier modified with tungsten oxide and zirconium oxide with the first impregnation solution of chromium heteropolycomplex H5[SiW11CrO39] with subsequent calcination of granules at 500°C. Then, it is impregnated with the second impregnation solution of platinum heteropolycomplex H4[SiW11PtO39] with subsequent calcination of granules at 500°C. At the same time, the catalyst has the following composition, % by wt.: aluminum oxide 35, chromium 1.5, platinum 0.35, tungsten oxide 10, silicon oxide 0.3, zirconium oxide is the rest up to 100.
EFFECT: achievement of stabilization of a phase composition of catalyst oxide components and optimization of its porous structure, increase in a proton acidity indicator of the catalyst, and, thereby, increase in its isomerizing capability, creation of a catalyst resistant to the presence of water impurities in hydrocarbon raw materials, as well as stable in long-term operation.
