Method for clarifying grape must involves the supply thereof to a tank with a nozzle with holes with a 1.0 to 10.0 mcm diameter and a branch pipe, wherein the must is fine-sprayed using the nozzle and simultaneously treated with an ozone-air mixture with an ozone concentration of 25 mg/m3, said mixture being supplied to the tank through the branch pipe, and with an electric field with an intensity of 100 V/m and a potential difference of 1 to 2 V, wherein a positive potential is applied to the nozzle and a negative potential is applied to the branch pipe; and the processing exposure time is 20 to 30 minutes.
