FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and is intended for use in the technology of preliminary preparation and processing of petroleum products. The method for pre-treatment of an oil product involves saturating the oil product with an ozone-air mixture by placing nozzles for supplying the ozone-air mixture and oil product supply nozzles in the tanks. Using nozzles, the oil product is subjected to fine spraying with a droplet diameter of 5 to 10.0 μm with simultaneous exposure to an ozone-air mixture at a temperature of 20-25°C, with an ozone concentration of 120 mg/m3. For the efficiency of the saturation process, an electromagnetic field is used for 30-60 minutes with a frequency of 50 Hz and magnetic induction from 10-3 to 10-2 T.
EFFECT: improving the quality of petroleum products and reducing the duration of the refining process, the oxidation of sulfur compounds with ozone followed by the extraction of oxidized compounds and reducing the cost of using expensive catalysts.
