FIELD: wine industry.
SUBSTANCE: described is a method for production of red grape wine, providing for production and fermentation of wine, removal from sediment, clarification and exposure to ozone-air mixture by means of a pumping device, characterized in that, before the wine is aged in a wooden barrel, an ozone-air mixture is fed into the wine through a branched gas pipeline with an ozone concentration of 0.1-0.2 mg/m3 and processed for 1-1.5 minutes, wherein pumping device with capacity of 10 m3/h and hydraulic pump with working volume of 0.16-2.28 cm3/rev are used for supply of wine into barrel.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance wine quality.
