FIELD: winemaking.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing grape wine involves the production and fermentation of grape wine, racking, clarification, and ageing, exposing the wine to the effect of an electromagnetic field; wherein grape wine is subjected to fine spraying with a drop diameter from 0.1 to 10.0 mcm, while simultaneously exposing to an ozone-air mixture with a concentration of ozone of 25 mg/m3 and the effect of an electric field with a frequency of 50 Hz, and a magnetic induction of 10-3 to 10-2 Tl for 5 to 10 minutes.
EFFECT: possibility of improving the quality of grape wine and shortening the duration of the production process.
