FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a hollow chamber profile for a door or a window. In the method for the manufacture of hollow chamber profile (1) for a window or a door, the profile is assembled of several partial profiles (2, 3). At least one partial profile (2, 3) contains thermoplastic plastic. Moreover, this thermoplastic plastic forms inner walls (6, 6', 6'') and outer walls (7, 7', 7'') of this hollow chamber profile (1), and inner walls (6, 6', 6'') and outer walls (7, 7', 7'') surround hollow chambers (5, 5', 5'', 5''') of this hollow chamber profile (1). Moreover, the method includes stages of: (a) provision of at least two partial profiles (2, 3), and (b) connection of partial profiles (2, 3) provided at the stage (a) to form hollow chamber profile (1). At the same time, at least one of partial profiles (2) has hollow chamber (5', 5'', 5''') opened from one side in the cross-section of the profile, which is closed by means of connection of partial profiles (2, 3) at the stage (b). In this case, before the stage (b), a stage of application of low-emission coating (13, 13') and/or low-emission film to at least one of outer walls (7', 7'') and/or inner walls (6, 6', 6''), surrounding hollow chambers (5'') of hollow chamber profile (1), opened from one side, is additionally provided. Moreover, hollow chamber (5'') opened from one side is closed by connection of partial profiles (2, 3) at the stage (b).

EFFECT: increase in a speed of manufacture of a hollow chamber profile, improvement of its quality, in particular, relatively to geometric dimensions, and improvement of heat insulation.
