Abstract RU 2779221 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely abdominal surgery, endoscopy. A flexible injector is injected through the instrumental channel of the duodenoscope. At an angle to the accessible wall of the descending duodenum, 10 ml of 0.5% lidocaine or novocaine solution at a temperature of 37°C from one injection is injected through a needle distal to the large duodenal papilla by 2-4 cm submucosally. After the first deposit is created, the injector is removed, the duodenoscope is tightened and endoscopic papillosphincterotomy (EPST) or retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCPG) is performed. Then a flexible injector is injected through the instrumental channel of the duodenoscope. In 1 cm from the papilla, 10 ml of 0.5% lidocaine or novocaine solution is injected submucosally at a temperature of 37°C from one injection. After the second deposit is created, the injector and duodenoscope are removed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible, simultaneously with the prevention of acute pancreatitis, to carry out its treatment in case of amylasemia that occurred before hospitalization; it makes it possible to improve the lymphatic drainage of the pancreas, prevent spastic vascular reactions, prevent a painful reaction; the method is easy to use, does not require special training of an endoscopist, is available in any endoscopic unit, does not require special or additional equipment, and is effective.
