FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of experimental medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for drug treatment of adenomyosis based on an experimental model in Wistar rats. To do this, on the model of adenomyosis obtained by introducing the estrogen receptor blocker tamoxifen at the rate of 1 mg of the drug/kg once a day from the 2nd to the 5th day of the animal's life, an intraperitoneal injection of the oxytocin receptor antagonist atosiban is performed at a dosage of 0.35 mg/kg 1 time per day for 21 days from 40 to 60 days after birth.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of the arsenal of means for drug treatment of adenomyosis, reduction of the frequency of hysterectomies in patients with adenomyosis.
