METHOD FOR PREDICTING REPRODUCTIVE OUTCOME IN PATIENTS WITH ADENOMYOSIS WITHOUT INTRAUTERINE INTERVENTIONS AND CHILDBIRTH. Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B6/00 A61B5/55

Abstract RU 2757755 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology. Before planning a pregnancy, the maximum thickness of the connective zone between the endometrium and myometrium is determined according to magnetic resonance imaging. An unfavorable reproductive outcome is predicted in 60% of cases with a threshold value of the maximum thickness of the connective zone of 9.1 mm, 70% with 10.2 mm, 80% with 11.5 mm, 90% with 13.5 mm, respectively, using the formula: P=[1/1+exp(3.48-0.42×X)]×100%, where P is the probability of an unfavorable reproductive outcome, %, X is the maximum thickness of the connective zone of the uterus, mm.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict an unfavorable reproductive outcome at the stage of pregnancy planning in patients with adenomyosis without intrauterine interventions and childbirth, depending on the thickness of the connective zone between the endometrium and myometrium.
