FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental surgery, and can be used for comparative evaluation of thrombosis dynamics when using local haemostatic agents. Thromboelastography is performed. Investigated powdered haemostatic agents or pre-ground solid forms of haemostatic agents are added to a glass cup after placing the donor blood stabilized with sodium citrate in it at a ratio of the weight of the test sample and weight of the blood, taking into account the mass of test tube 1:650 with the addition of collagen in ratio of 15% to 50%, which is determined at the stage of sample preparation, so that the selected mass of the test agent does not affect blood viscosity. Blood and test material are mixed using a magnetic stirrer for three minutes. 100 mcl of the blood obtained after mixing is placed in the cuvette of the thromboelastograph, then the examination process is started in accordance with the instructions for the thromboelastograph. Comparative evaluation of thrombosis is carried out by parameters: blood coagulation time (t), reaction time (R), time spent on blood clot formation (K), clotting kinetics (Angle), maximum amplitude (MA), clot strength (G), amplitude (A), coagulation index (Ci), calculated percentage of lysis (EPL), lysis index for 30 minutes (Ly30). Method provides the possibility of assessing the dynamics of thrombosis when using haemostatic agents in order to comparatively study the effect on the clotting values of the studied samples by using the thromboelastography method, wherein the ratio of the weight of the blood and the test sample is determined by the selection method for each haemostatic agent so that the weight of the test agent does not affect blood viscosity.

EFFECT: proposed method is simple to implement, enables high-accuracy assessment of the effect of haemostatic agents on the process of thrombosis.
