FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to a sheet of non-textured electrical steel with a thickness of 0.01-0.35 mm, used as a material for the manufacture of engine cores for hybrid cars. A sheet of non-textured electrical steel contains an inner layer and surface layers located on both sides of the inner layer. Each of the surface layers has a chemical composition containing, wt. %: C: 0.0090 or less, Si: 2.5-7.0, Mn: 0.50 or less, at least one element selected from a group consisting of P: 0.010-0.100, Sn: 0.001-0.10 and Sb: 0.001-0.10, the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities. The inner layer has a chemical composition containing, wt. %: C: 0.0090 or less, Si: 1.5-5.0, Mn: 0.01-0.50, at least one element selected from a group consisting of P: 0.010-0.100, Sn: 0.001-0.10 and Sb: 0.001-0.10, the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities. The ratio of the total thickness of the surface layers t1 to t, represented by t1/t, is 0.10-0.70. The difference between [Si]1 and [Si]0, represented as ΔSi, is 1.0-4.5 wt. %, where [Si]1 denotes the Si content in each of the surface layers and [Si]0 denotes the Si content in the inner layer. The difference between [Mn]0 and [Mn]1, represented as ΔMn, is 0.01-0.40 wt. %, where [Mn]0 denotes the Mn content in the position in the middle of the thickness t/2 and [Mn]1 denotes the average Mn content in the area from the surface of the sheet of non-textured electrical steel to positions at a depth of (1/10)t.
EFFECT: sheet has a high magnetic flux density and low losses in iron.
