SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of plate from grain-oriented electrical steel comprises the steps of a steel raw material hot rolling comprising, wt %: C 0.002-0.10, Si 2.0-8.0, Mn 0.005-1.0 and Fe is the rest and unavoidable impurities, optional annealing in the hot conditions zone, cold rolling to obtain a cold rolled sheet of final thickness, the primary recrystallization annealing in combination with decarburization annealing, application of the annealing separator to the steel sheet surface and final annealing, at that, in the process of heating under annealing of primary recrystallization a heating is performed at a rate of at least 50°C/s in the temperature range 200-700°C and the steel sheet is held at any temperature of 250-600°C in the above mentioned area for 1-10 seconds, and primary recrystallization annealing is conducted at 750-900°C at exposures of 90-180 seconds in an atmosphere with P_H2O/P_H2, composing 0.25-0.40.

EFFECT: provision of low iron losses and small fluctuations in the iron loss value.
