FIELD: space technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the space technology, in particular to a technology for the manufacture of three-layered cellular panels with embedded heat pipes (hereinafter – HP), on which spacecraft devices are mounted. According to the method, elements of a cellular panel assembly are manufactured: sheathings, a cellular filler with slots for accommodation of HP, HP with shelves for adhesion to sheathings, with subsequent connection of assembly elements into a single whole by adhesion of one of sheathings with HP shelves and the cellular filler mounted on the sheathing with HP and the second sheathing with the cellular filler. An adhesive composition of a film type is applied to the surface of HP mated with the cellular filler before the mounting to the cellular filler. Slots in the cellular filler are made by mechanical processing repeating an outer contour of HP with a clearance necessary for the placement of the adhesive composition.
EFFECT: increase in production and operational manufacturability due to the improvement of a technological process of the assembly of a three-layered cellular panel, due to the automation of a process of mechanical processing of a slot in a cellular filler, as well as due to the use of film adhesive, for example, TPK-22, which is laid on the surface of HP mated with the cellular filler.
