SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space technology, in particular for the creation of honeycomb panels intended for the manufacture of cases of leaky spacecraft (SC), and relates to the support unit of the honeycomb panel and the method of assembling the support unit. The honeycomb panel support assembly includes a honeycomb panel consisting of a honeycomb core located between the upper and lower skins and connected thereto by means of an adhesive composition; bushings located coaxially in the through hole of the honeycomb panel and mated to each other by a threaded connection, while the bushings are made with flanges and are fixed to each other and the panel using an adhesive composition, differs from the prototype in that both cylindrical bushings screwed to each other along the thread, on the outer side of their cylindrical surface, they have guide collars that protrude beyond the body of their sleeve and mate with the corresponding upper and lower skins, forming a cavity between the outer cylindrical surface of the sleeves and the surface of the honeycomb filler, while the sleeve located in the upper part of the unit contains on its the end surface is a cylindrical boss. A method for assembling the support assembly is also described.

EFFECT: invention provides reduced nomenclature of manufactured assemblies, reduced time for completing the composite parts of a honeycomb panel, increased accuracy of manufacturing structural elements, elimination of additional equipment, increased strength and an expansion of the area of use of the assembly.
