FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for gripping a baby single-seated bioelectric prosthesis of an upper extremity comprises a body, at least one motor or a DC motor with a planetary, cycloid or wave reduction gear, at least one cylindrical gear and at least one worm gear. Motor or DC reduction motor with planetary, cycloid or wave reduction gear is connected with housing base (5). Drive wheel of cylindrical gear is fixed on output shaft of motor or gear motor and is in engagement with driven gear wheel, which transmits rotation on shaft. Worm gearing worm is located on the shaft; at that, the worm actuates the worm gear wheel connected to the movable end part of the bioelectric prosthesis replacing the thumb. Moving end part of the bioelectric prosthesis replacing the thumb has a lever, the axis of which is connected by means of a rod to the axis of the similar lever of the movable end part of the bioelectric prosthesis, replacing the index, middle, ring fingers and little finger.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of controlling a small-size bioelectric prosthesis allowing to hold heavy objects and fix the grip in the absence of unnatural movements of the elbow or shoulder of the user.
