FIELD: medical engineering; prosthetics and prosthesis engineering. SUBSTANCE: hand prosthesis comprises framework of palm coupled with wrist imitator with rotator and with 1st finger with the help of flat articulation joints. These flat joints can be flexible from both sides with the help of locking/unlocking pushbuttons located at convenient points. Prosthesis also comprises phalanges of 1st-5th filters interconnected and connected with palm framework with the help of flat articulation joints which can be fixed on one side to enable unbending of fingers. Conveniently located pushbutton permits to unlock 1st and 2nd articulation joints of 1st finger, while another pushbutton ensures unlocking of all articulation joints of 2nd-5th fingers. Prosthesis has external appearance similar to natural one. It is capable of performing all natural gripping movements and may be controlled by patient's healthy hand to impact to artificial fingers and wrist required geometric configuration, to ensure required gripping force, to relieve gripping load and to unlock all articulation joints.
