FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of development of hydrocarbon deposits, in particular to the regulation of the flow of extracted hydrocarbons. The well control system for hydrocarbon production contains at least two straight-through inflow control devices (ICD) installed inside the well, a control line for controlling the ICD, a controller for controlling electric motors and ensuring communication of inflow control devices with equipment installed on the surface. Each of the ICDs includes a housing, electric motors consisting of a rotor, a stator and an electrically controlled brake mechanism, a rotary clutch. The control line is connected to the coupling motors using connectors for each of the motors. The borehole is isolated into at least two zones, each of which is equipped with a straight-through ICD. Due to the simultaneous rotation of the rotors of each of the electric motors, the rotary coupling moves relative to the housing, when turning the ports of the coupling meet the ports of the housing. Electrically controlled braking mechanisms are made with the ability to fix a given degree of opening or the position of the clutch relative to the housing. The controller is designed with the ability to send a command to the electric motors to rotate the coupling by a given degree when receiving a signal from the surface through the control line and transmit a signal to the surface about the current position of the coupling of each of the inflow control devices.
EFFECT: increase in the productivity and service life of wells, as well as an increase in the efficiency of hydrocarbon production management.
