SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in operation of horizontal well. Provides for increased efficiency of operation of horizontal wells. Method involves drilling of a production horizontal well, running-in of the production string, cementing of the horizontal shaft and secondary opening of the formation, lowering of the pump into the well, extraction of the product from the production well. According to the invention, system A is lowered to the horizontal borehole on tubing string, which is a pipe, in which from the heel of the borehole the connection of the tubing string to the system A is connected in series with the possibility of their disconnection by control from the surface, an electric centrifugal pump, an electric motor drive, an accumulator and rotor-generator of electric energy, wherein between the system A and the production string at the heel of the horizontal shaft, the packer is installed so that the liquid flow passes through the system A, the perforation holes are not made in the part of the horizontal shaft, which is located behind the packer in the direction of the barrel heel, inside the tubing string a cable connected with system A, after installation of system A, tubing is disconnected and lifted; at that, cable is left, inflow control is performed from surface via cable by means of changing modes of electric motor operation, which is supplied with electric power accumulated in accumulator from liquid flow.

EFFECT: method is proposed for operation of horizontal well.
