SUBSTANCE: method for the production of a flow of purified gaseous hydrogen includes the supply of raw gas containing gaseous nitrogen N2 as the main component, gaseous hydrogen H2, and carbon monoxide CO and characterizing by the initial ratio of H2 to CO to a processing unit to obtain refined gas containing carbon dioxide CO2 and characterizing by the second ratio of H2 to CO, greater than the initial ratio of H2 to CO. The processing unit includes a unit for water gas conversion, and it is intended for conversion of raw gas to obtain H2 and CO2. Then, refined gas is supplied to a purification unit including a unit for N2 removal and a unit for CO2 removal. The unit for N2 removal includes a membrane separation unit intended for reception of refined gas and including H2-selective membrane. The unit for CO2 removal includes a pressure-shift adsorption unit (PSA). At the same time, a flow of purified gaseous hydrogen and residual gas are formed in the purification unit. Next, at least part of residual gas is recirculated to a point upstream of the unit for N2 removal. An option of a method for the production of a flow of purified gaseous hydrogen, and a gas processing system are proposed.
EFFECT: inventions allow for reduction in hydrogen losses, provision of hydrogen purity of more than 99.9%, and hydrogen extraction degree of more than 99%.
