FIELD: medicine; efferent therapy.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to efferent therapy; it can be used in plasma collection. A method and a system for plasma collection are proposed, including calculation of an anticoagulant volume in the collected plasma component, calculation of a volume of pure plasma collected in a container for plasma collection, based on the calculated anticoagulant volume in the collected plasma component, and continuation of all stages until the target volume of pure plasma is collected in the container for plasma collection.
EFFECT: claimed group of inventions provides a possibility of calculation of the percentage of anticoagulant in a collected plasma component and a volume of pure plasma collected in a container for plasma collection, while the volume of pure plasma can be at least partially based on the calculated percentage of anticoagulant.
