FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. The submersible reactive power compensation device in the power supply circuit of submersible electric motors of electric driven borehole pumps includes a sealed housing with capacitor banks located in it. The housing is mounted on the tubing in front of the electric drive pump, fixedly fixed at the top and bottom with fixing ties. The body is made in the form of two coaxially arranged cylindrical sections of pipes made of polypropylene, with the inner diameter of the body corresponding to the diameter of the tubing, and the outer diameter corresponding to the diameter of the well. Three capacitor banks are fixedly fixed on the outer surface of the inner tube of the housing. Each battery is made of a metallized polypropylene tape of a rectangular shape, with metallized layers located on the surface of the tape sequentially one above the other, serving as plates in the form of an anode and a cathode, which are separated by a dielectric, while said tape is wrapped around the outer surface of the inner tube of the housing in the form of a roll. The body around the capacitor banks is filled with sealing filler. The capacitor banks are electrically connected to each other by an internal cable according to the “triangle” scheme and then connected to the output and input of the submersible device, which is connected by a power input to the power supply from the mains, and the output of the submersible device is connected in series with the electric motor.
EFFECT: increasing the energy efficiency of the submersible motor and reducing the weight and size characteristics.
