SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for corrugating a material sheet, a method for manufacturing a corrugated sheet, a method for manufacturing a component, an aerosol generating product, a corrugated sheet and an aerosol generating product. The device for corrugating a material sheet contains the first and the second corrugating rollers facing each other, having the first and the second axes of rotation, wherein at least one of the first and the second corrugating rollers contains several ridges, each of which forms the first and the second sidewalls and a vertex, wherein the first or the second sidewall forms an angle of inclination of the sidewall to the radial direction passing through the vertex, wherein the angle is from 8 degrees to 10 degrees.
EFFECT: possibility is provided to improve the regulation and increase the flexibility of those properties of the aerosol generating product that are associated with the corrugation process.
