SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery, and is intended for mastering the technique of creating a vascular suture. The vascular suture simulator includes two platforms and working heads for fixing tubes located on the platform. Metal plates are installed at the base of the platforms, neodymium magnets are located at the base of the working heads with the possibility of fixing and moving along the platforms. The working heads are equipped with clamps for fastening tubes made in the form of fittings, and have a channel for supplying liquid passing through the fitting. On one of the working heads there is a flexible tripod with a clamp at the end. In one of the working heads there is a channel sealed from the outside and made with the possibility of connecting the cannula of a medical syringe. Two fittings of working heads have a diameter of 20 mm, the other two have a diameter of 10 mm. The bottom platform has silicone inserts.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of applying various types of hermetic anastomoses (by types end-to-end, end-to-side and side-to-side) for tubes of various diameters.
