FIELD: feed production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feed production, in particular, to a method for producing animal feed based on sunflower husks. Method is characterised by subjecting sunflower husks, pre-crushed to a size from 0.8 to 1.0 mm, to ultrasonic pre-treatment at an ultrasonic wave frequency from 26 to 28 kHz in a hydraulic module, at a ratio of 1 part of sunflower husks to 3 parts of water, acidified with lactic acid to a pH of 5 to 3 at a temperature of 19 to 21°C for 15 minutes.
EFFECT: production of an end product in the form of a feed based on sunflower husks.
