FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: system and method for creating a highly precise three-dimensional navigation map of a fully mechanised pit face used in the technical field of unmanned mining. System comprises: a channel-wave seismometer, a laser radar, a combined navigation apparatus, a ground penetrating radar, and a data processing unit; the data processing unit receives the data collected by the sensors, performs coordinate transformation, parameter merging, and coordinated processing of the collected data to form a triangular Delaunay grid of the coal layer, fault/fold, and working, builds a highly precise profile map of the triangular map, calculates the topological ratio of the profile map, forms the topological data structure of the profile map, creates a platform of the database of automatic navigation information requests based on the highly precise profile map, and creates a highly precise three-dimensional navigation map of the fully mechanised pit face. The highly precise three-dimensional navigation map created by means of the invention can provide precise information on the thickness of the coal layer, the variation in the bedding angle of the coal layer and the spatial position of the dangerous geological structure for fully mechanised mining equipment, and has such features as high-precision positioning, information reading, and path planning.
EFFECT: possibility of creating a highly precise three-dimensional navigation map for a fully mechanised pit face.
