FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to mining, namely to enrichment processes, and can be used to capture heavy fine fractions of a valuable component, for example, gold, when washing metal-bearing sands. Method for enrichment of heavy finely dispersed fraction of hydraulic slurry includes sedimentation of solid phase in a thin-layer separator of mineral particles, vibrational movement of settled particles along corrugated channels of the separator bottom, cutting off the lower sediment layer in corrugations, separate withdrawal of the cut-off layer, clarified water and condensed product from the lower part of the separator. Ferromagnetic particles are preliminarily removed from the hydrosuspension. The cut-off part of the sediment and clarified water are combined into one stream, followed by separation of the heavy fraction from the stream by jet washing out of large and light particles.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of separation and trapping of heavy mineral particles by their density in the flow of polymineral hydraulic suspension.
