FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the unloading of material. The device for unloading lumpy material from the hopper contains a working body located at an angle of 60° to the horizontal, and an adjustable slot in the end wall of the hopper. The body is made in the form of a plate, fixed to the end and vertical walls from the inner side of the hopper and equipped with drill rods in the plane of the bottom. The rods at the ends from the outlet side are equipped with bladed drills and passed through an adjustable slot. On the outside, the rods are located in cylindrical kinematic pairs rigidly fixed to the frame and are pivotally connected to rotary and translational drives. The rotary motion drives are installed and fixed on the movable plate in the frame guides with longitudinal grooves on the vertical walls. Drives of translational movement through axles rigidly fixed to the movable plate, located in the longitudinal grooves of the guides with a travel limitation, are pivotally connected to the ends of the lugs of the hydraulic cylinders. The rods are located along the guides and are fixed to the frame by means of cylindrical hinges.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of unloading of lumpy material.
