FIELD: national economy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to various fields of the national economy. The device for unloading lumpy material from the hopper contains a working body, a nozzle, displacement drives, axes, a forced body. The working body is located at an angle of 60° to the horizontal, made in the form of a plate and fixed to the walls from the inside of the hopper. The nozzle in the form of a box of trapezoidal section with a spool located on the side of the smaller base and elastic V-shaped nozzles with longitudinal grooves is fixed on the wall of the bunker with the possibility of rotation and fixation. Movement drives are located in guides in the form of a channel in vertical planes perpendicular to the front wall of the device. The axles are cantilevered in the longitudinal grooves of the walls of the guides fixed to the front wall and frame. Drives for movement of movable plates with stroke limitation are made in the form of hydraulic cylinders, fixed on the frame with one end by means of cylindrical hinges, and by the other ends pivotally connected through lugs with axes. The plates are arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the front wall. The forced body is made in the form of a movable plate with wavy surfaces of a sinusoidal profile on its opposite planes.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of lumpy material unloading from the hopper.
