FIELD: unloading devices.

SUBSTANCE: device for unloading lumpy material from the hopper contains a working body, a nozzle. The body in form of a plate is located at an angle of 60° to the horizontal and is fixed to the end and vertical walls inside of the hopper. The nozzle in form of trapezoidal box is fixed outside of the end wall with possibility of rotation and fixation. On the side of box smaller base there is a spool and elastic V-shaped nozzles with longitudinal grooves. The nozzles are installed in grooves of the end wall. The working body is equipped with displacement drives with movable plates. The plates are arranged in guides in the form of a channel in vertical planes perpendicular to the front wall of the device. The axes are rigidly fixed at the ends of the plates and are located in longitudinal grooves in the walls of the guides. The guides are fixed at the ends to the front wall and frame outside of device. The drives for moving plates in form of hydraulic cylinders with limited stroke are fixed to the frame with cylindrical hinges at one end, and the others are pivotally connected through eyelets to the axes. The plates are arranged symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of the front wall of the device.

EFFECT: increase in unloading lumpy material efficiency from the hopper is achieved.
