FIELD: material unloading devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for unloading lumpy material. The device for unloading lumpy material from the hopper contains a working body and a nozzle. The body is located at an angle of 60° to the horizontal and is made in the form of a plate fixed to the end and vertical walls of the hopper. The nozzle is fixed on the outer side of the end wall of the hopper with the possibility of rotation and fixation and is made in the form of a trapezoidal box with a spool located on the side of the smaller base and elastic V-shaped nozzles. The attachments are made with longitudinal grooves and are installed in the grooves of the end wall of the hopper. The body contains a stimulator for the outflow of material and drives for the reciprocating movement of the stimulator. The stimulator is made in the form of a connecting element located across the bottom of the hopper with metal balls located in cylindrical guides with longitudinal grooves, fixed on the bottom from the inner side of the hopper along the vertical walls. The drive for moving the stimulator to the outlet is located on the outside under the bottom of the bunker and is made in the form of hydraulic cylinders with branch blocks located relative to the vertical axis of the bunker. The drive for moving the booster in the opposite direction is located in the upper part of the hopper from the outside and is made in the form of a drive drum. The ropes moving the stirrer are located along the axis of the cylindrical guides, with one ends fixed to the metal balls, and the other ends to the lugs of the hydraulic cylinders and on the winch drum. The connecting element is made in the form of a rectangular metal plate with a cross-section in the form of an isosceles triangle. The base of the element is located on the surface of the working body. On the surface of a rectangular metal plate from the side of the hopper inlet, cylindrical hinges are installed symmetrically relative to its longitudinal axis for attaching additional ropes to them from the winch drum.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of unloading lump material from the hopper.
