FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to silane mixtures and their production methods. A silane mixture for rubber mixtures is proposed, containing silane of the formula I and silane of the formula II, where R1 have the same or different values and are C1-C10alkoxy groups, R2 is absent, R3 and R4 have the same or different values and are an unbranched saturated aliphatic bivalent hydrocarbon group with C1-C30, x is an integer from 1 to 2, while in case when x is 1, R5 is a group -C(=O)-R8, where R8 is hydrogen, C1-C20alkyl group, and n is 0, 1, 2, or 3, and in case when x is 2, R5 is -(R4-S)n-R3-Si(R1)y(R2)3-y, and n is 1, 2, or 3, and y is equal to 3, while the molar ratio between silane of the formula I and silane of the formula II is from 20:80 to 90:10. The silane mixture proposed in the invention can be prepared by mixing of silanes of the formula I and silanes of the formula II.
EFFECT: proposed silane mixtures, when used in a composition of rubber mixtures, provide reduction in rolling resistance and increase in destruction energy density.
