SUBSTANCE: invention relates to silane mixtures used in the rubber industry. A silane mixture is proposed, containing silanes of the formula (I) and the formula (II), where R¹ have the same or different values and are C₁-C₁₀alkoxy groups, R² is absent, R³ and R⁴ have the same or different values and are unbranched saturated aliphatic bivalent hydrocarbon groups with C₁-C₃₀, x is a number from 2 to 4, n have the same values and are 0 or 1, y is 3, and z is 1, at a molar ratio between silane of the formula (I) and silane of the formula (II) from 19:81 to 81:19. Options of a method for the preparation of the specified silane mixtures are also proposed.

EFFECT: proposed silane mixtures, when used in compositions of rubber mixtures, provide reduction in their viscosity and better processability, as well as reduction in rolling resistance of tires obtained from the specified rubber mixtures.
