FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and measuring equipment. The piezoelectric impact force sensor contains a solid body made of a dielectric material, a sensing element, which is a membrane made of a metal plate on which ceramics are installed, and a conductive coating is applied on the outside. The membrane is attached to the body with glue. A layer of silicone is applied to the surface of the membrane. This silicone layer also acts as a damper, having a direct effect on the frequency response of the device. The metal plates of the sensing element are connected through an active filter to the input of an analog-to-digital converter, which is connected to a computer. The filter to reduce the dimensions of the sensor is placed separately. The bandpass filter is designed in such a way that from high frequencies f>50 Hz it suppresses interference associated with high-frequency fluctuations in mains voltage and external acoustic noise, and from low frequencies it weakens fluctuations with a frequency below f<0.5 Hz.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of measurements of impact wave pressure.
