SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to electrical measuring devices, designed for measuring oscillations in a wide frequency range in different media. The vibration sensor consists of a piezoceramic pipe-like rod with electrodes, fixed in a case at one end at the base, with electrical contacts perpendicular to its surface. An inertia element is fixed at the other end of the rod and is made in the form of a mass structure, which consists of a thin-walled cylinder, the cavity of which is filled with a flowing damping material (for example, low viscosity oil) and single spherical loads, with possibility of their free movement. The spherical loads have different masses. Inside the case, there is a damping element in the form of a flowing damping medium.
EFFECT: wide range of oscillation measurements with increased sensitivity of the vibration sensor.
