SUBSTANCE: apparatus relates to the field of metallurgy and can be used for processing metals by pressure. Apparatus for angular pressing comprises a punch placed in the cavity of a container. The container on the lower end thereof has one or two opposing rectangular grooves crossing the channel of the container at a right angle. Matrices are installed in a rectangular groove or in the rectangular grooves, each with at least two channels of an equiaxial shape along the axis of the rectangular groove and/or along the radius of the container. The channels of an equiaxial shape can have a round or square cross section.
