FIELD: rail track superstructure.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the superstructure of the rail track, in particular to rail transitional joints. The joint contains a set of pads, one of the parts of each of which is made thicker than the other. Overlays allow you to combine the heads of the tram and railway rail. The pads are mounted on both sides of the transition joint. The height of the lining and the angles of inclination of its upper and lower faces are made with the possibility of providing a ground-in connection of the lining to the rails between their soles and heads. In the upper part of the lining, chamfers are made to drain water. The upper edges of the chamfers are adjacent to the lower parts of the rail heads. Between the upper part of the lining and the lower part of the rail head, it is allowed to install an adjusting bar.
EFFECT: manufacturability of the transitional joint is improved.
