FIELD: welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installation for welding pipe branches sectors and can be used during installation of process piping systems with fitting and exact joining of welded ends of pipes, sectors and branches. The installation includes welding equipment (1) with a power source (2), a fixed support (3) with a faceplate (6) and a fixing device for the sector to be welded. Additional support (17) with rotator and faceplate (18) is mounted on the rail track. Guides with carriages (9, 20) mounted on them are fixed on each faceplate of fixed (3) and additional supports (17). On the sides of the carriages (9, 20), faceplates (11,22) are fixed with the possibility of rotation with the means of fastening the branches of the pipe bends.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to expand the technological capabilities of the installation.
